it does have english subtitles. vlc player and media player classic had odd problems trying to play the dvd though. I know it works in my ps3 though.
windows media player seems to work with it alright.
I recommend just using a dvd player to play them though.
25 bucks flat would probably do it since paypal takes a percentage of what u'd send me + i'd prob just throw it into a flat rate media mail envelope that costs like 2-3 bucks. so 5 dollars should cover those two things.
I still do recommend going with the malaysian set since i adore the sailor stars ost ;)
No rush buying from me too since I can't get to the post office until saturday anyway :)
